Handling and Storage Fees: If you are shipping boxes to ECCH for the National LGBTQ Health Conference, such shipments must be addressed to the attention of "National LGBTQ Health Conference." The first 10 boxes are complimentary, thereafter, the cost is $5.00 per box; boxes requiring pallets will be subject to additional surcharges.  All boxes must be marked with the name and date of the conference, as well as a box number (i.e., Box 1 of 2; Box 2 of 2).  Due to limited storage space, no shipments will be accepted any earlier than 2 days prior to the conference.  All boxes must be removed from the ECCH within 24 hours following the conclusion of the conference. All arrangements for shipping boxes to and from the ECCH will be the responsibility (and expense) of the sender. The ECCH does not accept any liability for boxes that arrive unmarked, damaged or fail to arrive.
