CEUs

Center on Halsted will provide CEUs to Social Workers, Professional Counselors and Clinical Professional Counselors under its accreditation by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as a continuing education sponsor.

A maximum of 7 CEUs is available for attending plenaries, symposia, and concurrent sessions. Attending poster sessions will not count toward CEUs. The total number of CEUs received will be based on the number of presentations attended and total time of attendance.

In order to receive CEUs, please email Htorres@centeronhalsted.org by July 7, 2019, with the following information:

  1. Your First and Last Name
  2. Location of Residence
  3. Institution Affiliation (if any)
  4. Credentials 
  5. A Numbered List of the titles of the presentations attended and date of each (e.g., 1. Keynote Address – Tonia Poteat, PhD, MPH, PA-C - Intersectionality and Community-Engaged LGBTQ Health Research: May 31, 2019; 2. Plenary Session - Canada's response to LGBTQ2 Health Inequities: May 31, 2019).
